Dear Partner,
As the end of the year draws closer, I am reflecting on what God has been doing in the lives of men and their families all around us. Here are a few highlights our Man in the Mirror field team has seen over the past year:
Area Directors—including me—have directly supported over 1,600 churches nationwide. Our annual church survey revealed that over 38,000 men are engaged in discipleship, and more than 10,000 of those men took discipleship steps for the first time.
Our annual REUNION field team conference further developed our skillset as church strategy consultants. We continue to steward our discipleship resources, making them more accessible and easier to use digitally. This fall, we are producing a new series of video modules to refresh our primary leadership training, No Man Left Behind. The blend of strong consulting skills and excellent resources increases our effectiveness in our core purpose—helping leaders provide a discipleship pathway for every man in their church.
Perhaps most exciting is the fall completion of our first Spiritual Fathers Orientations. Over 20 host sites across the country have prepared mature Christian men for a season of training in discipling younger men. Our Spiritual Fathers Guidebook is equipping them to build spiritual father/son relationships. This initiative is critical. Young men are struggling in our culture with identity and relationship issues. Many are leaving the church or seeking answers in all the wrong places.
This vital work is possible because of ministry partners like you! Looking ahead to 2024, I still need your help to continue training leaders, supporting churches, and discipling men. Prayerfully

Pursuing the Calling ($1,000 - $3,000)
These gifts allow me to gather with other Area Directors for times of spiritual refreshment and professional development. They also provide for travel from church to church across Southern Indiana and the means to regularly communicate with partners and leaders.
Strengthening a Local Church ($250 - $750)
Enable me to provide training for pastors and men's leaders in my area on our proven "No Man Left Behind" discipleship model. This investment also helps implement new ministry resources and initiatives to get new men into relationship with God and others.
Opening Doors to Discipleship ($25 - $100)
Equip me with the resources I need to begin supporting a new church from the earliest relationship-building phase. These open doors matter. We know that after 12 months of working together, on average churches go from 19% to 33% of men active in discipleship.
