Dear Leader,

This month marks five years since I accepted the call to ministry with Man in the Mirror. I realize many of you have been at this for decades longer than me. As I share, consult, and guide, I don't presume to know it all.

I am however committed to helping churches and leaders make true disciples of their men. Drawing on over 35 years of experience that has been garnered from hundreds of faithful men and thousands of churches, we can work together to build a thriving, sustainable ministry to men in your church.

Through the Leader Letter, I have been sharing much of that wisdom and best practices since May 2020. I want to say thank you to all who utilize this resource and make it worth the time and effort to produce.

I also would like to express my deepest appreciation for the many pastors and ministry leaders who serve the kingdom day in and day out to make disciples. It is an honor to serve you!

The No Man Left Behind Model is a process to disciple men over the long term. Rather than focusing on a weekend retreat, small group study, or other short-term momentum creators, our goal is sustainable, ongoing discipleship that moves every willing man from someone who doesn’t yet know Christ to a transformed follower of Him.
