WOW WOW WOW!
December 2023 was our greatest month of generosity to date. Many of you combined in your end-of-year giving to help us reach our goal of $15,000.
I am praising God for his blessings and your faithfulness to our mission. It is a great encouragement to persevere in this work of discipleship.
Recognition of the need to disciple men has inspired generosity far and wide. From a mother who prays earnestly for her son to a businessman with a heart to equip workers in the mission field.
Recently, one of our Area Directors invited a partner of his to Founders Weekend - a premiere annual event hosted by the national headquarters. This man was so moved by our vision and the efforts of our Field Team that he has underwritten Reunion - essentially providing a $1000 scholarship for EACH Area Director to attend!
If you’re not familiar, Reunion is the one time each year that our whole national team has the opportunity to gather in person. It’s a time of training, camaraderie, and renewal.

Hitting the Ground Running
2024 has gotten off to a fast start. I have scheduled to meet with several churches already in January and February. Some of them are just getting started, others are well down the road and working the No Man Left Behind plan.
I am praying that this will be a breakout year with FULLY COMMITTED men, leaders, and churches who are willing to go ALL IN on men’s discipleship!
Will you please pray with me that 2024 will be our most impactful year yet!
Saving Our Sons
From early on in this journey, I have encountered numerous people with aching hearts. These godly men and women are hurting for their adult sons and grandsons who have neglected to walk in the ways of the Lord.
The grief of seeing sons swayed by temptations of the flesh, pursuing worldly gain, or being overcome by spiritual warfare is palpable.
As parents, we’ve prayed fervently, instilled values, and modeled a life dedicated to Christ. Yet, despite our best efforts, some of our sons have strayed from the path we so desperately want them to follow. Others may be trying to walk that path but simply need guidance along the way.
It’s in these moments that the call for discipleship rings louder than ever. Discipleship isn’t just a program, it’s a lifeline to our loved ones who need direction. Through intentional, Christ-centered relationships we can bridge the gap between the prodigal and the Father’s house.
10,000 Spiritual Fathers is an initiative that is providing a beacon of hope in these troubled waters. It recognizes the profound impact of godly men stepping into the lives of younger generations. We are encouraging, educating, and empowering mature Christian men with a roadmap to give younger generations hope and direction.

ONE WORD
For the last several years I have chosen a “One Word” that helps give direction and focus throughout the year. In 2023 my word was WAIT. For 2024, the Lord has impressed upon my heart that my word should be PRAYER.
I desire to find deeper, more intimate times of prayer and to live a life devoted to and defined by prayer. If you have a word for 2024, I would love to hear what it is!
