Dear Family and Friends,
We’re in the homestretch of our 2023-24 ministry year! As we wrap up our year on June 30, please allow me to share some of the wonderful things the Lord is doing through our ministry.
Last month, we asked churches we’ve served in the past year to candidly evaluate how we did. Survey results have always offered us valuable feedback that helps us serve churches even better going forward. Those results also provide a snapshot of our consulting effectiveness. Please join us in praying this year proves to be no exception.
A number of churches have been working hard to engage their men to join the adventure of following the way of Jesus!
We are getting increasing interest in the Area Director role.
Plus, we're hosting our 2nd Annual SoIN Scramble on June 29th!

Teeing Up Transformation
Our 2nd Annual SoIN Scramble is set for June 29th, and we're Teeing Up Transformation!
Golfers, sponsors, and volunteers are coming together in a fun and friendly atmosphere to raise support and awareness for our mission. They are helping us drive change in the lives of men - and when men get it right, we all win!
We are at humble beginnings, but God is blessing our outing. I envision the future of our scramble being a premiere event in Southern Indiana that golfers, sponsors, churches, and men and women alike want to be a part of because of the impact it is generating for men's discipleship.

Engaging Men In The Great Adventure
One of the big ideas we encourage churches with is that ideas are more powerful than labor. Ideas set forces in motion that, once released, can no longer be contained.
We have cheated men by obscuring the incredible adventure of changing the world through Christ behind programs and activities.
Several churches in Southern Indiana are catching this vision and more and more men are finding their identity and purpose in life.
Through their annual Steak Night, Greenwood Christian Church creates value for their men and offers them a right next step. I had the honor to speak to the men and call them to consider being part of something bigger than ourselves.
Hillcrest Christian Church is striving to create an environment where men can connect.
Sherwood Oaks Christian Church is helping their men grow deeply rooted in Christ and stronger together.
Men's Life Bloomington recently hosted IU Wrestling coaches who shared how they're boldly and genuinely living out their faith.
Union Chapel in Muncie partners with Men Leading Men to host a leadership summit and cast vision for Spiritual Fathers.
The Men of Nashville Christian are going strong after launching through the BetterMan program.
Christian Fellowship Church in Evansville inspired their men with the GO Study.
Praying For Workers
After one of our Area Directors retired, and another has recently become Vice President of Man in the Mirror and moved to Orlando, I am currently the only Area Director in Indiana!
You may notice of the churches included above, they stretch from Muncie to Evansville. As Jesus tells us, the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few!
Thankfully, we are seeing an increased interest in the Area Director role after a hiring hiatus during Covid, but I need help here in Indiana! Please be praying with me for Area Directors in Indiana and elsewhere. If you or someone you know is interested, reach out to me!

Spiritual Fathers Small Groups
We are continuing to pursue Spiritual Fathers and are seeking 1,000 mature Christian men to engage in small groups this fall.
They will work through the Spiritual Fathers guidebook towards the goal of walking one-on-one with a younger man.
This is the process of empowering individuals and churches for intergenerational men's discipleship.
