Dear Family and Friends,

This past year has seen some wonderful blessings for our ministry. The Lord continues to provide in many ways!

At Reunion 2024 our team gathered to invest in making a “Greater’er Impact,” and our recent Central States Summit inspired us to be RESILIENT. The Man in the Mirror team is passionate about making disciples!

Our partners have remained strong in their support. I am incredibly grateful for you! The 2nd Annual Scramble saw fantastic results, helping us cast vision and close out the year at 100% funded! Individuals are responding to the call to increase investments in our mission.

More and more pastors, churches, and men are starting to catch the vision. Honestly, the effects of Covid on ministry to men are still being felt. Men withdrew significantly, and churches lost momentum in reaching their men.

The positive side of that however is that churches and leaders are realizing just how desperately we need to intentionally reach men with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Because of the persistent work we’ve been doing here in Southern Indiana, they’re trusting us to help guide them in building a thriving ministry.

Relational Discipleship

Our annual Central States Summit was hosted in Chicago last month by Area Directors Petru Amarei and Greg Wilkerson.

Unfortunately, our team was not at full strength in person due to a number of factors. Yet, God still utilized this time for good.

There is nothing quite like being with my brothers in this ministry. I am always invigorated and challenged by them!

This is a team that truly embodies the values we preach and passionately lives out what we teach.

One of the highlights of Summit was an evening with nearly 30 men representing five different churches that Petru is serving. The majority of these men are from the Romanian community.

Although there are cultural differences, the Spirit of the Lord was strong and our common bond in Christ was evident.

The conversation centered on the desire for relational discipleship and the great need for intergenerational discipleship.

Petru is doing a great job guiding these churches!

Vital Steps Forward

One of the most notable aspects of our national ministry this year has been the ongoing growth of our Spiritual Fathers initiative. At the same time, significant efforts have been made to revitalize how we equip leaders with our No Man Left Behind training.

Thanks to the diligent work of Tyler Sutton and Pat Leupold, along with many others on our team, we have 30 new video modules to present our signature training. This will allow us to focus intently on individual aspects of the model and tailor our offerings to the immediate needs of any given church.

Both of these projects help us consult more effectively with churches on two essential fronts - intergenerational discipleship and leadership team development.

These are vital steps forward in our ministry, and NONE of this would be possible without YOU!

Andrew Windbigler was recently hired to be an Area Director in Warsaw, IN. He is in his startup phase, seeking partners to help him get to his initial training.

We had a great evening offering a FREE showing of The Forge movie at a theatre in Bloomington. A powerful story of discipleship, and the kind of heart we want to inspire in men through our Spiritual Fathers initiative.
CFC Meat Up
Christian Fellowship Church in Evansville hosted their annual "Meat Up." They have a passionate leadership team that is motivated to make disciples.
