After being hired as a Next Gen Minister, Ryan had a vision to engage the fathers of the youth, knowing strong fathers was one of the best things he could provide for the next generation. 

When his pastor connected Ryan with their local Man in the Mirror Area Director, Ryan jumped on the opportunity to learn. He received training and started his own men’s group with nearly two dozen men. 

Right from the start, the men opened up. They were vulnerable and authentic with one another, developing a close bond that has only grown stronger since. There are men who have overcome addiction, men who are learning to honor and love their wives well, and men who are craving deeper connection to Christ. New groups are spawning, and men are taking on leadership roles. Even wives are expressing their gratitude for the transformation they're seeing in their husbands.

Over the past year, Man in the Mirror supported 1,450 local churches. Indeed, Ryan and many others like him are encouraging men to change the narrative for their families, the church, and the next generation.
